I do, and I also have several daily tasks on my Google calendar, just to be sure I don’t forget to do them. As a business owner, I wear a lot of hats and can sometimes forget things in one part of my business when focusing on importing things in another part.

To-do lists can be very helpful, and can also create a sense of being overwhelmed. So.Much.To.Do!

Try this – it’s really helped me go from feeling like there’s too much on my plate to feeling excited about everything I’ve gotten done. Instead of crossing things off your list, or erasing them from your list, try this: create a Ta-Da! list, and as you accomplish something, move it from your to-do to your ta-da list.

Celebrate your successes, no matter how small. Ta-da…look at everything you’ve gotten done already today!
