Do you ever feel wagalicious?
What the heck is wagalicious, you may ask? Have you ever seen a dog so happy that it seemed like their tail was wagging them? Maybe they’re happy to see their favorite human, or happy to get a cookie, or happy to chase a ball?
Dogs are masters at being in the present moment – they don’t worry about what happened 5 minutes ago, 5 hours ago, or 5 days ago, and they don’t worry about what might happen in the next 5 minutes, or hours or days. They’re happy now. Right now. So happy that they’re wagalicious.
Can you think of a time you were that happy? What were you happy about? Was it something that was happening right in that moment? Yep – you were wagalicious. Now think about how you can have that feeling more often – how you can focus more on what’s going on around you so you can milk a happy event and turn it into a wagalicious one.
Today, take a couple of minutes to make a list of the wagalicious moments in your past and think of how you can make more of them, so you can feel as wagalicious as a happy dog does.
