Making Your Broken Heart Beat Again - Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites
Have you had your heart broken? Most of us have, and it’s not a fun feeling, right? I remember crying so hard after the love of my life left me that I thought all the moisture in my body was going to come out through my eyes if I didn’t find a way to stop.

When the waterworks stop, we generally go through phases of blame, phases of shame, and sometimes even beating up on ourselves. It’s easy to misunderstand where the problem really lies: you loved, and they didn’t. You did the good thing and they didn’t.
Don’t fall into the very human trap of kicking yourself over the loss of the relationship, because that’s not a useful or healthy response to the loss.
