Being strong is simply deciding to be strong. Deciding to make more decisions. Deciding to take a few more risks. Deciding it’s ok to make a mistake so you can learn from it. Deciding to apologize to someone you upset, and deciding to forgive someone who upset you and didn’t apologize.
Get comfortable with making decisions by making more decisions – that’s where your strength and confidence will come from.
