- What does the air feel like?
- What does the chair you’re sitting on or the clothes you’re wearing feel like under your fingertips.
Focus in on what’s going on right that very moment, instead of the whirl of negativity your brain is dishing up. Pay attention to the present moment – it’s where you live, and is where all of your power is.
