Do you ever feel wishy-washy?
Most of us do sometimes, and the quickest way to snap out of that helpless powerless feeling is to make more decisions. You make a lot of decisions every day without realizing it. Some decisions are pretty low-impact, like what color your outfit will be today. Some decisions are more impactful, like will you do the drive-through for dinner or go home and whip up something healthier?
Pay attention to the decisions you make as you’re making them, and pay attention to how you feel after each decision. Celebrate the decisions that make you feel good and make a mental note of the decisions that you may not want to make again because they didn’t make you feel good.
Noticing your decisions as you make them, noticing how they play out and make you feel and then making a decision about how to make the best choice for you in the future is brain-training that will create a better, more successful life for you.
