Do you often feel disrespected? Forgotten about? Less than? If you feel like the people in your life treat you this way, you’re probably not feeling very good about yourself.

Let’s change all that – go with me here. The way people treat you is a reflection of how you feel about yourself. People learn how to treat you by hearing how you talk about yourself and by what behavior you are willing to accept from them. If you don’t stand up for yourself in a conversation, then people learn that you’re not worth defending. If you let people speak to you rudely without saying anything to them about it, then they will continue to be rude to you.

The best way to create better relationships with others is to create a better relationship with yourself. And the best way to do that is through coaching or counseling. Please believe me when I tell you – YOU are worth getting to know better because you are kind of amazing.
