Veterinary Wellbeing Wisdom Tiny Bites - The Social Media Solution

Unless you have very thick skin, let someone else in your hospital be in charge of social media posts and reviews.

People post things without thinking about the fact that there are living, breathing, feeling human beings who worked with them to help their pet. They just get a bee in their bee-hind about something and vent, because it’s what they do. Then their friends, in a misguided show of support and friendship, pile on.

Don’t look. Don’t participate.

Let your hospital manager or other trusted team member be the person who posts proactively and responds appropriately to posts. And ask them to share the good ones with you – you deserve to read how awesome you are!
