Do You Have as Many Training Clients as You'd Like to Have?

The interest in dog sports is skyrocketing...are your classes full? Is your schedule as full as you'd like, or would you like to have more entry-level participants?

Because here's the latest stats: 10-20% of dog owners take at least one training class. Of those who complete the first one, 50-70% will come back for more, again and again.

That means the more new students you enroll, the more full your upper level classes will be, too!

Let's partner on a fun workshop to introduce the dog-owners in your area to you and to 30+ different dog sports they can play with their trained-with-you dog!

There are so many ways we can work together that I know we can craft exactly what you want to offer your local community and your members.

Want to Work With Someone Who's Titled her Siberians in Many, Many Dog Sports?

I'm Sandy Weaver and I remember being new to dog sports. My dream dog was a Siberian Husky and I got one, knowing nothing about how to properly channel the energy and rowdiness of such an active breed. Members of a local dog club poured into me, introducing me to training classes, puppy matches, and obedience trials.

No, I didn't put an obedience title on that first dog. It wasn't long before I was titling dogs in conformation, obedience, Rally, agility, Barn Hunt, Working Pack Dog, therapy, and soooooo many more dog sports. I was so enamored with dog sports that I became an AKC conformation judge!

As a professional speaker who lives and breathes dogs and dog sports, I've created a program designed to get the dog-owning public energized and excited about participating in dog sports, too.

You run a training business. You train dogs. We'll work together to create an educational and fun event that showcases the work you do and excites people to take classes with you so they can play dog sports too!

Want to host programs and seminars that educate, enlighten and enliven?

I'm a professional speaker, citizen-scientist, and life-long learner. When I got into dog sports, George Alston, Quentin LaHam, and both Pats - Trotter and Hastings - were people whose seminars I attended, often more than once!

Seminars are what lit the fire for dog sports under me, and 45 years later, that fire is still burning. I'm having a blast working with clubs and trainers to light a fire under people who will love dog sports, once they know about the fun they can have with their dogs!

I've seen Sandy Weaver present several times and would be inclined to attend any presentation she was giving. She has a wonderful blend of intellect, personality and respect for the subject as well as her listener.

Sandy's presentation was excellent! The information she shared was both interesting and valuable. Both the presentation and her book brought quite a bit to light that I never realized before. I would gladly welcome Sandy back!

I really enjoyed your session and as I was reflecting on the content I realized that you did not use any technology and I didn't miss it one iota.  I guess that's because your content and delivery were so engaging!

I really enjoyed hearing Sandy’s stories as well as my peers’. Hearing all of  this reminds me that I’m not alone. I also loved the story of Sandy and  Bonnie. I plan to start mastering the rainstorm after that inspiring story.  Thank you!

Partnering for the Betterment of the Fancy

Dog clubs exist to promote the sport of dogs. If you are part of a training club you already know this - a few people do all the work and are getting pretty tired!

Educational events can help your members and those who attend your events feel more connected to the club, more energized about the events you host, and maybe even more likely to help out.

When we work together, it's a wonderful way to invite the public to come and see how much fun we have playing with our dogs. They'll want to play, too!
